PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deburring device for a carrier tape and/or a long sheet for the carrier tape not relying on the sensation of a worker in the maintenance work of a mold or the like and having high work efficiency, and a method for manufacturing the carrier tape using the same. SOLUTION: The deburring device has a plasma irradiation mechanism 11 and a mask part 12 for covering the carrier tape 60 and/or the long sheet for the carrier tape over a predetermined length in the moving direction thereof. The mask part 12 is arranged on the plasma irradiation side of the plasma irradiation mechanism 11 and has guide parts 14a and 14b for guiding the plasma 13 emitted from the plasma irradiation mechanism 11 only to the vicinity of a burr generation part. |
