<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve life prolongation of a fuel cartridge by preventing wasteful consumption of fuel, to reduce fuel load capacity to an information processor by efficiently adjusting use of a fuel cell according to a load required for the information processor and to achieve thickness reduction and miniaturization of the information processor by suppressing upsizing of the fuel cartridge to the minimum in the information processor which uses the fuel cell as an internal power source. <P>SOLUTION: In the information processor including a body portion having a control device and a display portion, and further incorporating a power generation portion of the fuel cell, the display portion is connected to the body portion so that it can be opened or closed, or which is provided with a lid that covers the display portion and can be opened and closed with respect to the body portion, wherein the information processor has a function of controlling supply of liquid fuel to a negative pole of the power generation portion in connection with an opening/closing operation of the display portion or the lid in the information processing apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
