VISION SYSTEM FOR SAWING & PLACEMENT EQUIPMENT

A vision system of sawing and placement equipment is provided to increase UPH(unit per hour) by selectively transferring the position of a vision according to a variation of the specifications of a package and by inspecting a package sawing defect. A vision inspection position is selectively transferred by using a guide rail(24) installed in the Y-axis direction between the work areas of a turntable picker(19) and a sawing picker(20). The turntable picker transfers a package on a drying apparatus(17) of a vision apparatus(23) to a turntable(18), and the sawing picker transfers the package on the turntable to a tray(21). The vision apparatus can be positioned in the work area of the turntable picker to perform a vision inspection on the package picked up by the turntable picker.
