PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk drive of which the miniaturization can be attained by making able to perform a highly accurate skew adjustment and able to suppress the increase of the number of components. SOLUTION: The optical disk drive 1 includes: guide shafts 70A, 70B for supporting an optical pickup 68 to guide its movement: a chassis 60 mounting the guide shafts 70A, 70B thereon; a coil spring 81 mounted on the chassis 60 to energize end parts of the guide shafts 70A, 70B; adjusting screws 76, 77, 78 disposed at the side opposite to the coil spring 81 across the guide shafts 70A, 70B to adjust the energizing force of the coil spring 81; and a mass adding member 90 mounted on the chassis 60, and a female screw 92 whereto adjusting screws 76, 77 are respectively screwed is formed on this mass adding member 90, then axial centers of adjusting screws 76, 77 screwed onto the female screw 92, a center of sectional face perpendicular to the axial centers of the guide shafts 70A 70B, and an axial center of the coil spring 81 are located on a same line in this optical disk drive 1.
