PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker suppressed in cracks and deformation by improving strength in the periphery of a flange part of a pot-like container having a wing pan shape.SOLUTION: A rice cooker 100 includes: a pot-like container 5 storing an object to be heated, a body 1 having an opened upper surface part and storing the pot-like container 5 in the inside; a lid body 10 covering opening of the upper surface part of the body 1 in an openable/closable manner; and a heating part 3 heating the pot-like container 5. The pot-like container 5 has a bottom face part 5a, a lateral face part 50c extending from the bottom face part 5a, a flange part 50 extending to the outside of the lateral face part 50c, and a flange upper part 50a projecting to above the flange part 50.
