摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an energy absorbing effect by preventing separation of an energy absorbing member from side sill sections when a floor of an automobile is molded through RTM molding.SOLUTION: A floor 11 of an automobile including side sill sections 13 on both sides in a vehicle width direction of a floor panel section 12 is molded of carbon fiber-reinforced resin through RTM molding. Each of the side sill sections 13 includes a hollow side sill outer fence 25b and an energy absorbing member 26 held in the side sill outer fence 25b. The energy absorbing member 26 has top and bottom surfaces and inside and outside surfaces, which are covered with the side sill outer fence 25b. Therefore, the energy absorbing member 26 is surely collapsed and an energy absorbing effect can be secured by preventing separation of the energy absorbing member 26 from the side sill fence 25b at an input time of collision load, even if mold release agent is contained in resin impregnated in the carbon fiber during RTM molding.
