The present invention comprises: a container accommodating molten steel; and a refractory layer provided in an internal side of the container. An uneven portion is formed in a portion to form a path wherein the molten steel is moved in the refractory layer. Moreover, a rotational force is provided to the molten steel for a surface area exposed to the outside of the molten steel to be increased, thereby shortening a time for the molten steel to be treated. |
