Disclosed is a method of preparing turmeric-added sweet and sour pork. The method of preparing turmeric-added sweet and sour pork comprises the following steps: preparing meat; preparing liquid batter added with turmeric; battering the meat with the liquid batter; frying the battered meat; and freezing the fried meat. Accordingly, the method of preparing turmeric-added sweet and sour pork produces sweet and sour pork, wherein the meat, an ingredient of the sweet and sour pork, is battered with the turmeric-added liquid batter, thereby having effects of: being beneficial to human health thanks to turmeric components; and providing enhanced marketability as the turmeric-added sweet and sour pork has a flavor of curry to appeal to the tastes of children and the youth. |
