A power conversion device has: a semiconductor module in which a first switching element and a second switching element connected to a load and connected in series with each other, a first reflux diode connected in parallel with the first switching element, and a second reflux diode connected in parallel with the second switching element are packaged; an intermediate capacitor connected in parallel with the first switching element; and a reactor connected to the load side of the first switching element. In the power conversion device, the semiconductor module has: a first capacitor terminal which is led out from the load side of the first switching element and to which one end of the intermediate capacitor is connected; and a second capacitor terminal which is led out from between the first switching element and the second switching element and to which the other end of the intermediate capacitor is connected.
