PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind sheet comprising a matte layer on a light transmissive substrate and capable of suppressing angular dependence of specular glossiness.SOLUTION: A blind sheet 1 includes a matte layer 3 on a light transmissive substrate 2. The matte layer 3 includes a binder resin 31 and a pigment 32. A particle diameter variation coefficient of the pigment 32 is ≥20%, an average particle diameter of the pigment 32 is 4 to 12 μm, and a thickness of the matte layer 3 is 4 to 8.5 μm. |
