PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless transmission system and wireless transmission method capable of wirelessly transmitting a control signal in an elevator.SOLUTION: A wireless transmission system in accordance with the present embodiment includes plural wireless devices associated with components of an elevator. Each of the wireless devices includes transmission means, receiving means, and a counter. The transmission means wirelessly transmits a first signal, which is outputted from the component associated with the wireless derive, to the other wireless devices. The receiving means receives a second signal outputted from the component associated with any other wireless device. The counter retains a value that is updated every time the first signal is transmitted or the second signal is received. When the value retained in the counter is consistent with a value predefined for the wireless device, the transmission means transmits the first signal.
