PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mutant glycoside hydrolases with high heat resistance and high stability in liquid detergents, in particular, excellent stability to surfactants.SOLUTION: The mutant glycoside hydrolase comprises a specified amino acid sequence or an amino acid sequence having 80% or more sequence identity to the specified amino acid sequence, where the amino acid residues at the positions 138, 301 and 310 or at positions corresponding to these positions are: (a) at position 138 or corresponding position: histidine; (b) at position 301 or corresponding position: histidine; and (c) at position 310 or at corresponding position: glutamic acid.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
