Dough mixing machine comprises a gantry 1 carrying a vertical shaft 6 carrying mixing propeller-like vanes 12, 13, and the dough container 18 can be raised and lowered by pneumatic rams 14. The container is supported on pegs 17, and has wheels 20 so that the machine may be used with a succession of containers. A fixed lid 22 closes the container in the raised position, and dough is scraped off the lid by a scraper blade 23. A further blade may depend from the end of the blade 23 to scrape dough from the wall of the container. |
