PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the communication state between a communication device and an information recording card regardless of their using environment such as the dust, water, etc., by performing the communication with no contact between a circuit board, which is sealed in a case, and the recording card. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device consists of an upper case 11 and a lower case 12, which construct a case 10, and a circuit board 13. Both case 11 and 12 are fitted to each other and united together via a screw, an adhesive, etc., with the board 13 stored in them. Thus, the board 13 is sealed in the case 10. The case 12 has a card guide 14 to insert and hold an IC card 100, and the card 100 is set opposite to the rear face side of the board 13 via the case 12. The board 13 includes an electronic circuit to perform communication with a ground device and also to read and write the data to the card 100 contactlessly. |
