PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly do dealing work without forcing an operator for troublesome operation by detecting the progress of working processes for dealing work and automatically selecting necessary guide information for sequential notification. SOLUTION: When paper jam is detected between a carrying belt and a fixer (s13), a master CPU outputs guide data A corresponding to paper jam between the carrying belt and the fixer to a voice generating means (s14). The voice generating means reads out voice information corresponding to the guide data A to generate a message 'open a front door' (s15). When an open/closed front door sensor detects the front door to be open, the guide data A are renewed with a subtraction value B corresponding to the front door (s18) to generate voice information corresponding to the guide data A after renewed (s15). Such processing is repetedly executed. |
