PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of inclination between the first arm, a crank journal and a crank pin by connecting the first arm, the end part of the crank journal and the end part of the crank pin by taper fitting and respectively attracting the first arm, the crank journal and the crank pin in the axial direction of the crank journal and crank pin to fix the same. CONSTITUTION:In the clamping process of an injection molding machine, a clamping motor 8 is driven to revolve the first arm 10 through an output shaft and a crank shaft 12, and the second arm 11 and the movable platen 6 connected thereto are moved before and behind through a crank pin 13. When clamping is completed, the large reaction against clamping force acts on the base part of a crank mechanism 9 but, since the first arm 10, the crank journal 12 and the crank pin 13 are connected without generating a gap by taper fitting and the connection state thereof is kept by a pull-up screw 18, the base part of the crank mechanism 9 is enhanced in rigidity and generates no backlash at the time of a clamping process and the movable platen 6 is prevented from inclination. |
