PURPOSE:To prevent a deterioration with the passage of time by a method wherein a specific resin is used as a high-polymer resin which is used to form a magnet together with a rare-earth magnet powder. CONSTITUTION:A high-polymer resin of an oxygen-hardening type is mixed with a rare-earth magnet powder, of a high magnet characteristic, whose particle diameter is 25mum or higher; a magnet is formed; then, it is possible to prevent oxidation from the surface of a powdery magnet alloy; the magnet is a high- polymer composite-type rare-earth magnet in which a deterioration with the passage of time of a magnet characteristic by the oxidation is reduced and which can be formed easily. |
