<p>PURPOSE: To suppress the generation of a predetermined time responsive to the external request by a simple circuit configuration. CONSTITUTION: Since the drive of a power transistor 211c by a generating voltage control circuit is corrected to suppress the generation, a circuit for controlling an exciting current is not complicated. Further, a timer circuit 222 comprises a capacitor 222A, a diode 222B and a resistor 222C for constituting its resetter, and a resistor 222D for forming a holding circuit. When the generation suppression is requested, the capacitor 111A is charged to suppress the generation, and the suppression is released after the time-up after a predetermined time. When the request is released, the capacitor 222A is reset, but even in this state, the time-up voltage is input to a select signal generator 223 of a discriminator via the resistor 222D of the holding circuit, and hence the suppression of the generation is effectively released.</p> |
