PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily identify the kind of tool which provides a means for judging whether the kind of tools is correct, based on identifying features detected by a detecting means and stored in a storing means. SOLUTION: Components 7 are mounted on a printed board 10 at an X-table, the top face of the board 10 is set as a component mounting level, below which components recognition cameras 71 to be detecting means are disposed downward by their focal length L2 to detect the positional deviation of the components 7 from a mark of a diffusion board 26 which shows the kinds of tool 24 having vacuum nozzles 19 or nozzle diameter, thereby judging whether the kind of tools 24 is correct. Thus the kind of tools can be more easily identified. |
