PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a both side color image forming device capable of preventing transfer defect such as the inverse transfer on a transfer paper surface or the like and the transfer defect such as a void on the rear side trailing end part by independently setting the transfer current for the surface of a transfer paper or the like and the transfer current for the rear side trailing end part. SOLUTION: In the color image forming device which transfers the toner image on the rear side of the transfer paper 5 by transferring the transfer paper 5 to an counter part to a paper transferring unit 263 and an intermediate transferring belt 261, after performing the transfer and the fixation of the toner image on the surface of the transfer paper 5, the transfer current at the rear side trailing end transferring time when the trailing end of the transfer paper 5 transported to the counter part for transferring the toner image on the rear side leaves the tip of the counter part of the guide member 226f until the toner image transferring on the rear side is completed, and the transfer current at the time of the transfer corresponding to the part excepting the rear side trailing end of the transfer paper 5 namely, respective front side and rear side tip part and the rear side center part are respectively independently set. |
