PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by disposing a predetermined-speed switch-over lever below and to one side of a steering wheel thus making it easy for an operator to look at it for switching over driving speed of a driving unit to predetermined speed by connecting it to a hydraulic continuously variable transmission unit. SOLUTION: A hydraulic continuously variable transmission unit 6 is disposed immediately behind an engine flywheel 5 mounted at rear of an engine 4 mounted on an upper front part of a vehicle frame 3. A predetermined-speed switch-over lever 7 for switching over vehicle speed to predetermined speed by connecting it to the hydraulic continuously variable transmission unit 6 is disposed below and to one side of a steering wheel 8. Furthermore, a switch 21 for a lever to be turned on and off by operation of the predetermined-speed switch-over lever 7 is provided in an operation groove portion 19a on an operation guide plate 19 for retaining an upper lever 20b of the predetermined-speed switch-over lever 7. Based on an on-signal from the switch 21 for lever, the driving speed of a driving unit 2 is controlled to the predetermined speed. The driving speed is displayed and thus operability is improved.
