PURPOSE: Provided is a hula hoop which is configured in a dual structure like an upper and a lower member to rotate two parts around waist so that it increase quantity of motion. CONSTITUTION: The hula hoop comprises the parts of: an upper member which is configured in a circular tube form when assembled; a lower member which is placed to be lower than the upper member with keeping the same form as the upper member; a connection tool which consists of a first screw groove to make regular intervals in the upper member, a second screw groove to make regular intervals in the lower member and a connection pole to combine the first screw groove and the second screw groove; and an elastic groove which gives elastic power to keep each member in an inserted state.
