CHAT SYSTEM AND BULLETIN BOARD SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chat system, a bulletin board system and mailing system capable of realizing more comfortable and suitable communication collaboration environment than before on a network. SOLUTION: A server applies phase information to information sent by a client, and applies phase information to each client. In the client, if the input phase information is the same or lower than the phase information applied to the client, the client can see the input information (e.g. character information of a chat). If the input phase information is higher than the phase information applied to the client, the client can not see the input information.
