PURPOSE:To make it possible to position the contacts highly accurately in the production of a contact block in which a make contact, a break contact, movable contact springs, and the like are incorporated, by providing a set of plural contacts. CONSTITUTION:The first extrusion process A in which the second outward leading terminal piece connected to a make contact piece is extrusion-processed and formed to the first hoop material, the second mould-formation process B in which the second insulating block is mould-formed, and the third extension process C in which a desired numbers of movable contact spring pieces ere extrusion-processed and formed to the second hoop material and tension bendings are given to those movable contact spring pieces are arranged. Furthermore, a lamination process D in which a break contact piece and the movable contact spring piece are attached closely, and a cutting-off process E in which the break contact piece, the make contact piece, and the first and second outward leading terminal pieces are separated from the first hoop material and bent in specific directions respectively are provided. By using such a system, the all contacts can be positioned highly accurately. |
