ENGINE STARTING CONTROL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a security level when getting out while still leaving an electronic key in a car.

SOLUTION: This engine starting control device permits or prohibits engine starting by collating an ID code by radiocommunication between a vehicle and the electronic key 15. The device is provided with a bioinformation input device 37 for inputting fingerprint information on a vehicle user, and an identification number input device 38 for inputting an identification number. The starting of an engine 23 is prohibited when the fingerprint information inputted to the bioinformation input device 37 or the identification number inputted to the identification number input device 38 is noncoincident in collation in a state of leaving the electronic key 15 in the car in spite of getting-out of the vehicle user.
