The plastic plate has longitudinal channels (1) filled with phase changing material. An insulating rear wall (2) is provided with an air feed (3) insulates at the front edge. A channel (4) is incorporated in which water or air is conducted to feed the accumulated heat. The plate can also be incorporated in a ceiling, whereby the effective ceiling temperature is limited and an acceptable internal atmosphere is produced.
