A steam cooking machine is provided to prevent food from being burnt in cooking by using heat of steam indirectly and to integrate a water tank, a heater, and a cooking unit. A steam cooking machine comprises a water tank, a heater, a cooking unit, a pressure control unit, and a case(90). The water tank stores water. The heater heats the water in the water tank. The cooking unit cooks food with steam generated from the water tank by heating the heater. The pressure control unit controls the pressure of steam fed to the cooking unit to control the temperature of the cooking unit. The case includes a space(91) for the water tank, a door(92) opening and closing the space for the water tank, and an insertion hole(95) in which the cooking unit is inserted. The pressure control unit is fixed to the case. |
