PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce installation and running costs by providing a wind power generator and a light display section and making the light display section display with power obtained from the wind power generator. SOLUTION: When wind velocity exceeds a set value, the wind power generator begins generating power, electric power generated by the generator is supplied to an electric display section from a control board 40, the electric display section 20 displays a message concerning wind such as 'Watch for Strong Wind' for instance that is preset. As wind velocity at which the wind power generator 10 begins generating power is preset at a value where a message such as 'Watch for Strong Wind' should be displayed, a separate anemometer or a display control unit is no longer needed. Since the wind power generator 10 is placed at the top of a support tower 30, the electric display section 20 in the intermediate section, and the control board 40 in the support tower 30, a large space is not necessary. Therefore, installation and running costs are low and it can be installed in an optional place. |
