PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear device miniaturized by suppressing its extension to the outer diameter side. SOLUTION: The gear device 1 comprises a driving shaft 3 (a first rotating member) to be rotated by receiving first driving torque, a second rotating member 5 coaxially arranged on the outer periphery side of the driving shaft 3 in a relatively rotatable manner so as to be rotated by receiving second driving torque, a first gear 7 connected to the second rotating member 5 in an integrally rotatable manner, a second gear 11 meshing with the first gear 7 and rotatable integrally with a third rotating member 9 arranged in parallel to the second rotating member 5, and a case 13 storing the driving shaft 3, the second and third rotating members 5, 9, and first and second gears 7, 11. The second rotating member 5 is supported via a pair of bearings 15, 17 on the case 13, and the first gear 7 is arranged between the pair of bearings 15, 17 in the axial direction.
