The refrigeration cycle device comprises a first oil cylinder capable of being switched into a compressing running condition and a cylinder-off state, wherein a first roller and a first blade are arranged in a first cylinder chamber; a first blade groove and a first blade back chamber communicated with the former are formed in the first cylinder; a back introduction access of working fluid for supplying high pressure or low pressure for the first blade back chamber is communicated with the first blade back chamber; and in addition, the holding component for holding the permanent magnet is accommodated in the first blade back chamber. In the cylinder-off state, the permanent magnet enables the first blade to be far away from the first roller and magnetically adsorbs the first blade; and when the first blade moves to the side of the holding component, the collision of the first blade to the holding component can be avoided by a collision-proof unit. |
