On the surface of a blowout region of air from the air nozzle 120, the lamination roll 110 laminates the first electrolyte membrane base material sheet Ms1 and porous film sheet Ps by superposition. In the midst of such lamination, the lamination section 100 blows pressurized air from the air nozzle 120 toward the porous film sheet Ps.
