PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, although active hydrogen is generated by making a direct current flow to bulbs by using a diode and a capacitor, if the diode is damaged and the direct current does not flow but an alternating current is made flow, it becomes difficult to discriminate whether the current is a direct current or an alternating current visually from brightness of the bulbs being used, there is the risk of electric shock in implementing a test using equipment during the use, it may be difficult for any other person than a person who has a detailed knowledge about electricity to execute an inspection using equipment after stopping using the bulbs, and only the estimation that the inspection may be made successful may cause a nervous breakdown, thereby expecting a simple resolution.SOLUTION: In an active hydrogen generator mainly comprising bulbs, a diode and a capacitor, two wires are adhered before and behind the diode of the active hydrogen generator. Watching bulbs are fitted and electrified at ends of the two wires. If the diode is robust, the watching bulbs are lighted but if the diode is damaged and a direct current does not flow but an alternating current flows, the bulbs are turned off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
