PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a refill for a ballpoint pen requiring for no seal cap by arranging a hard ink guide core in contact with a tip of a tip ball and an elastic element having an ink guide hole to urge the core to its rear end on a back surface of the ball so that a close contact state is released at the time of writing. SOLUTION: An ink guide core 11 is movably mounted without gap in a contact state on a back surface of a tip ball 14, and an open cell porous elastic element 10 is arranged at a rear end of the core 11. Since the end of the core 11 urges the back surface of the ball 14 so that the ball 14 is brought into close contact with an inner edge of a ball embracing part 12a of a tip, forward flow of ink and drying of a writing tip are prevented. And, since the ball 14 is infinitesimally retracted by a writing pressure, a gap is generated so that the ink can flow out. Thus, the ink smoothly flows out by rotation of the ball 14 by writing, and hence writing can be executed. |
