PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable smooth and exact injection, uniform distribution and penetration in the raw material all over, even in the case that the treating solution contains fluid substances, in a food-processing machine for injecting the treating solution into the raw material of a food product as ham. SOLUTION: The end of the hollow pipe 4 of a needle for injecting the treating solution into substrate (as meat) is cut at an angle to the center line, further and the resultant sharp end is cut in the inverted direction whereby the needle edge is formed with a certain width. |
