PURPOSE:To improve operability and a realtime characteristic in an on-line program switching at a terminal operator, by providing a session switching request queue, a session switching request queue control means, a session switching request receiving means, and a session switching processing means. CONSTITUTION:In the titled system, a session switching request queue 15, a session switching request queue control means 14, a session switching request receiving means 16, and a session switching processing means 17 are provided. A session switching command is registered at the session switching request queue 15 through the session switching request queue control means 14. And it taken out from the session switching request queue 15 through the session switching request queue control means 14, and is received by the session switching processing means 17, then a session switching process is executed.
