PURPOSE:To obtain a less deteriorative and long-life sealing roll, by fixing coaxially a core metal and a tubular film consisting of fluorine plastic in a cylindrical mold, injecting therebetween an addition reactive type silicone rubber molding material of which volatility loss is less than a specified value, and hardening the material under a crosslinking condition. CONSTITUTION:A core metal and a tubular film consisting of fluorine plastic are coaxially fitted in a cylindrical mold, an addition reactive type silicone rubber molding material of which volatility loss is less than 0.35wt.% is injected between the core metal and the tubular film, and then the material is hardened under a crosslinking condition. The core metal is, for example, made of iron, stainless steel, aluminum or others, and the surface thereof is previously coated with a primer and dried, the primer being for improving the adhesion with silicone rubber. Besides, the inner surface of the tubular film is preferably roughened sufficiently by etching the further coated with the primer for the purpose of improving the adhesion with silicone rubber. |
