PURPOSE:To enable a large shaped object to be produced, while its producing process is simple and the mutual assemble of the shaped objects may be achieved by a method in which when the shaped object is formed, a bonded object is provided in the exposure part of resin, and the bonded object is buried in the shaped object, whereby a large object is formed. CONSTITUTION:The jig 12 in which the metallic pieces 14, 14 composed of iron and aluminum, etc., becoming a bonded object are provided, is fitted onto the table 10 on which a shaped object is to be formed by screws 11, 11. The metallic pieces 14, 14 are partially buried in the jig 12 and are formed. The table 12 is dipped into the resin liquid in a resin tank 6 stepwise by driving an elevator 13 by a 2-directionally moving device. In each step, the supply of the light 5 for exposure fed by a UV laser device 4, a light filter 7 and a projector 8 is regulated by operating the data-XY moving control device 3 in a control computer 9. |
