PURPOSE:To easily and surely perform preservation control processing by auto matically storing information, which is stored in a first storage means, into a second storage means after the lapse of prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:Based on prescribed input instruction information from a keyboard 44, document information preserved in a floppy disk drive FDD 74 is read into a document area 30b of a RAM 30, image information is read into an image area 30c of the RAM 30 and further, the other various information is read into the prescribed area of the RAM 30 and presented for editing and correction or the like. In this case, when a central control processing part 10 judges there is no key input from the keyboard 44 for prescribed time, the document information or image information presented for preparation, editing or correction by using a work area 30a of the RAM 30, document area 30b of the RAM 30 or the image area 30c is automatically preserved from the RAM 30 to the FDD 74. |
