PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device in order to attach a stent to a furcal blood vessel. SOLUTION: A stent 10 having a proximal end angle, is constituted in a manner to be implanted in a furcal blood vessel 5, and the stent 10 having the proximal end angle has an angle part corresponding with an angle which is formed of a crossed part between the bifurcal blood vessel 5 and a major blood vessel 6 so that the total part of the bifurcal blood vessel 5 may be covered with the stent 10 having the proximal end angle. A major blood vessel stent 10 in order to be implanted in the major blood vessel 6, is provided, and the major blood vessel stent 10 has holes or stent cells which are aligned with the opening of the bifurcal blood vessel 5 so that a bloodstream may not be interrupted between the major blood vessel 6 and the furcal blood vessel 5. A furcal 5 and major blood vessel 6 catheter assembly is advanced on a pair of guide wires in order to send out, properly orient and implant the stent 10 having the proximal end angle and a porous stent.
