PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tube device having improved cooling performance without increasing the volume of its cooler. SOLUTION: This X-ray tube device comprises a main body 10, a cooler 11, and a radiator B 20, and they are connected by oil circulating pipes 13. The cooler 11 comprises an oil circulation pump 15, a radiator A 16, an air blasting fan 17, and a housing 18. The radiator B 20 is a partially notched cylinder and attached to the periphery of a positive part of a tube container 12C. The substantial part of the radiator B 20 comprises thin disciform fins 23 arranged in parallel, pipes 22 which penetrate holes of the fins 23, and connecting pipes 24 which forms an oil feed tube 21 by connecting both ends of the pipes 22 alternately. One end of the oil feed tube 21 is connected with an oil outlet placed at the positive part 12C, and the other end is connected with the oil circulating pipe 13A.
