<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently strip off a coating section while conducting twisting working to a conductor section exposed by stripping off the film section. SOLUTION: The electric-wire stripping device has cutters 1 in which opposed edges are mutually made to approach and separate freely and which form notches to the coating section of an electric wire W, a cutter holder 2 rotatable using an axis passing through the electric wire W as a virtual axis, and a means for reciprocating the holder 2 in the longitudinal direction of the electric wire W. The opposed edges are brought near and notches are formed to the coating sections of the tip sections of the electric wire, and the cutter holder 2 is moved in the direction separate from the electric wire W while being rotated under the state.</p> |
