PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the abrasion of a pinch roller and stably feed a plate by pressing the plate from above with the pinch roller immediately after the tip of the plate passes through a position directly below the pinch roller, and holding the plate from above with a hold section when the plate enters between the hold section and a lower blade. SOLUTION: The operation of an air cylinder 37 is controlled by a control means 47 to lower a lift body 35, and a plate W is pressed from above by a pinch roller 39 immediately after the tip of the plate W passes through a position directly below the pinch roller 39. When the plate W enters between a hold section 43 and a lower blade 11, the plate W is held by the hold section 43 from above. The collision between the tip face of the plate W and the pinch roller 39 can be avoided, and the abrasion of the pinch roller 39 can be suppressed. Since the plate W is held from above by the pinch roller 39 and the hold section 43, the plate W can be stably fed.
