PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security at the time of shelter or the like by specifying/ judging a floor or a room being a fire starting place when fire actually breaks out. SOLUTION: A centralized monitoring security device 4a is provided with a centralized monitoring CPU 8 which is used for following procedures. A fire confirmation signal is inputted from house CPUs 4 and 14 to a fire confirmation input circuit 10 and information is given. The signal level of the fire confirmation signal is detected. Thus, fire interlocking signals f2 and f4 are informed to respective houses on a floor where fire breaks out except for the house where fire breaks out by first DC from a fire interlocking output circuit 9 and to respective houses on the floor just above the floor where fire breaks out by second DC. The house CPU detects the signal level of the fire interlocking signal. Thus, a same floor sound message showing that fire breaks out on the same floor is emitted from speakers 7 and 17. A sound message on floor just above, which shows that fire breaks out on the floor just below, is emitted from the speaker.
