PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that while a 'my-line' exclusive contract with telephone company is executed in communication circuits, since many discount services exist in respective communication company, each user is puzzled by the complexity of the comprehensions and selections of such information that which communication companies are to be utilized for the reception of an optimum service, and further, each user can not comprehend the information when such circuits used by a family as internets and portable telephones are increased hereafter, and moreover, such trades performed among the respective communication company and each user as bills, specifications, and collections of charges are made complex. SOLUTION: A 'my-line' service company so connects its computer with the computers of respective communication company via computer networks, and so derives the data of the respective communication company as to report an optimum service to each user. Further, the 'my-line' company so bundles in a lump the bills, the specifications, and the bill collecting operations, which are issued from the respective communication company to each user, as to claim payments to each user and collect moneys from it. |
