<p>A manual locking chuck with friction self-locking mechanism for drill includes a rear shell, a cover, a body, three chuck jaws, a bearing ring, an open retainer, balls, an adjusting ring with cone surface and a front shell. Said adjusting ring engages with chucks by thread, said chucks are in the holes of body, said bearing ring connects fixedly with the outside of the body, the retainer is set on its surface, there are some holes on the surface of the retainer, in which the balls are mounted. The shape of retainer is a round ring with an open, and the retainer is elastic. It can turn around on the surface of bearing ring when it doesn't bear force, when it bears force it can move radially and rub against front shell.</p> |
