PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein providing a damper surface wholly formed as a thin portion causes manufacturing malfunctions such as the occurrence of a pinhole failure etc., the inconvenience of handling. SOLUTION: One wall surface of a common liquid chamber 8 has a lower rigidity than other wall surfaces, and serves as the damper surface 20 for alleviating pressure in the common liquid chamber 8. The damper surface 20 comprises a relatively thick part 21 formed of first-third layers 2a-c of an oscillating plate member 2 of the same material, and a relatively thin part 21 formed of the first layer 2a of the oscillating plate member 2. The thick and thin parts 21 and 22 are formed in a line shape which is elongated in the longitudinal direction of the damper surface.
