PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To digitally record an optical tool on a photosensitive element by disposing and bringing an outside surface of a top layer adjacent to or into contact with a support of an acceptor or an image acceptive layer of the acceptor element. SOLUTION: The photosensitive donor element sequentially comprises a support 120, a photo-setting layer 130 containing photo-setting component and initiator, a barrier layer 140, a cover sheet 146, a discharge layer 170 containing first polymer having first decomposing temperature, and a top layer 180 having an outside surface and containing second polymer having second decomposing temperature and image formable component in this order. The element further comprises an acceptor element 195 having an acceptor support and an image acceptive layer as needed. Here, a coating film of the layer 180 is actually brought into contact with the acceptor support or the image acceptive layer on the acceptor element. Thus, high resolution optical mask can be formed of the donor element by thermal imaging. |
