PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet maintaining excellent physical properties such as impact resistance, dimensional stability and flexure property of conventional melamine decorative sheet and further enhancing crack resistance, heat resistance and abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: A core layer which is a prepreg by impregnating a resin liquid mainly containing plant-derived raw material modified phenol resin to a fibrous substrate and drying them and a decorative layer consisting of a resin impregnated paper by impregnating a resin liquid mainly containing a thermoplastic resin to a decorative paper and drying them are laminated and integrated by thermal pressing molding.
