PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set torque for isolating power transmission with ease, and restrain the influence of vibration and noise. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with an armature plate 13, a spring member 15 pressing the friction surface of the armature plate 13 onto the friction surface of a pulley 1, and with a torque setting part 17 which sets transmitting torque at the friction surface with the energizing force of the spring member 15 adjusted, and when transmitting torque is found to have exceeded torque set by the torque setting part 17, a second power transmitting member 9 fixed to a first power transmitting member 7 is fused so as to allow power transmission to be isolated. |
