PURPOSE:To aim at enhancing the manipulatability of a defogger, by providing a switch means for feeding power from a battery to a heating wire in accordance with the output of a vehicle speed detecting means. CONSTITUTION:During a high speed running at a low ambient temperature, when a defogger switch 4 is turned on and the vehicle speed reaches a set value, a set vehicle speed detection signal is delivered from a vehicle speed sensor 16, and is applied to a comparator 18 through a converter 19. Then a signal '1' is delivered from the comparator 18 to an input terminal 21 of an R circuit 10 to control the energization of a next stage transistor 13. As a result a normally open contact 8 in a relay is turned on so that power is continuously fed from a battery 3 to the heating wire 2. Accordingly, during high speed running at a low ambient temperature is particular, it is unnecessary for the driver to repeatedly turn on the defogger switch 4, and therefore, it is possible to aim at enhancing the manipulatability of the defogger.
